Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse

As you may know by now, apple cider vinegar has a number uses for health and beauty. Drinking ACV every day balances the body’s natural PH, aids with digestion, and some believe it contributes to weight loss (read more about the benefits here).

Ingesting ACV is not the only way to reap the benefits! Using as a hair rinse revamps dull or fading color, adds shine, and removes impurities from the scalp. Doing an apple cider vinegar hair rinse is inexpensive, safe for colored hair, and simple!

You will need:

-Apple Cider Vinegar. My favorite brand is Dr. Bragg Organic ACV

-Water

How to use:

*Mix 2 parts water to 1 part ACV in a glass or bowl.

*After shampooing, dunk your hair in the bowl and work the ACV mixture from roots to ends.

*Pour over your entire scalp and avoid contact with your eyes.

*Let sit in your hair from 3 to 5 minutes and rinse (no need to condition after this step).

Your hair will have a vinegar smell that fades as it dries and you will be left with super shiny locks! Use once or twice a week for best results.

How do you use apple cider vinegar? I would love to know how ACV works for you!
